My Story

Faith is a life-long learner who brings a wealth of experience to her clients, having been both a consulting professional as well as leading internal, corporate organizational teams. She is a thought leader with unique mix of strategic, operational, and tactical experience – passionate about leading individuals and organizations through significant changes, from the C Suite to the front line.

Faith specializes in global business transformation, change leadership, and organizational effectiveness. Faith coaches’ leaders, teams, and individuals to unleash their potential and maximize their impact.

Faith brings her 30+ years of consulting and business experience, her collaborative mindset, her strategic viewpoint, her holistic thinking approach, and her passion for excellence to each client engagement. She is a forward-thinking organizational strategist and thought leader who can quickly grasp root causes and organizational challenges. Faith has been referred to by colleagues as a Polymath and Renaissance Woman due to her eclectic educational background, broad skill set, and varied interests.

Faith is experienced at solving complex problems with multidimensional thinking. She excels at translating business strategies into innovative, practical organizational activities. She brings her ability to see broad ranging connections to everything she does.

When there is alignment between the business strategy, leaders, sponsors, and change agents, “expectation failures” can be minimized and the long-term success and sustainability of a transformation and change effort increased.

Take actions with clients, do not do things to our clients. Value the unique viewpoint and experience of each team member. The whole is always greater than the sum of the parts.

Work with Integrity

Always – Do what is right, not necessarily what is easy. Both time and money are finite – treat them as such. If you say you will do it, do it well and in a timely manner.
