Facilitated Dialogs are impactful interactions, conducted following the Socratic approach. Their objective is to actively engage participants by challenging their thinking and involving the group directly in both analysis and solution building. Facilitated Dialogs can be customized to address challenges currently experienced by your business and/or group. They can be based on our materials or on yours. Facilitated Dialogs drive participants towards a higher level of mental and emotional engagement through self-analysis and self-solutioning.
