At Synergetic Solutions we believe to successfully execute transformation and change, you must focus on moving individuals from where they are, to where the business needs them to be, full-stop. It starts by understanding the strategy then designing and executing needed interventions.
At Synergetic Solutions, we begin each project ensuring we understand your business objectives, your unique business drivers, the goals of existing and proposed changes, as well as the risks and benefits. To do this broad range of analysis requires a blend of skills, with a deep understanding of a variety of disciplines, including business strategy, communications, learning sciences organizational behavior, psychology, and neuroscience. We have extensive experience in the full spectrum of change activities from basic Change Adoption programs to designing and executing complex multi-year Culture and Transformation programs.
At Synergetic Solutions, we view strategic change as an end-to-end process: preparing individuals for the change, managing the change process, and executing key change activities such as leadership alignment, culture alignment, organizational buy-in, organizational change, communications and training. We also believe it is critical to not just focus on initial change adoption, but to long term sustainment. Successful Strategic Change Execution looks beyond the end of the change event, building the on-going support mechanisms and programs.
Need a Risk Assessment or Quality Review?
In addition to designing new Strategic Business Change programs, Synergetic Solutions is available to conduct Risk Assessments and Quality Reviews on your current programs, both those executed internally as well as those executed by another organization.
Need Change Training or Certification?
Synergetic Solutions is currently developing a series of Change Management Training and Certification Programs which utilize an interactive and engaging format. Our programs use a Socratic dialog approach and leverage business cases. They employ case-based reasoning, scaffolding, systems thinking, and other advanced learning components such as simulation components when appropriate. Programs typically range from 2-4 days and are delivered by highly skilled Change Practitioners. The Synergetic 7 Change Model™, Change Practitioner, and Advance Change Practitioner are in development.
Our certification programs are typically conducted in 2 parts. The first part is completed independently by the participant prior to attending the program. The second part is completed in a highly interactive small group setting.
